Welcome to Dxbbookings, your premier provider of luxury villas and high-end car rentals in Dubai. By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

 

1) General Terms

* These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings, rentals, and services provided by Dxbbookings.

* We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, with changes becoming effective immediately upon posting on our website.

* Clients must be at least 21 years old to book luxury villas and at least 25 years old to rent supercars.

 

2) Luxury Car Rentals

Eligibility & Documentation

• * Drivers must be at least 25 years old for supercars and 21 years old for luxury sedans and SUVs.
• * A valid driving license (UAE, GCC, or International Driving Permit for tourists) and passport copy are required.
• * Residents must provide a valid Emirates ID.

 

Rental Period

* Minimum rental period applies (usually 24 hours) unless otherwise specified.

* Late returns will incur additional hourly or daily charges.

 

Insurance & Liability

*  All vehicles are covered by comprehensive insurance with a standard deductible (excess) payable in case of accidents, damage, or theft.

* The renter is liable for traffic fines, parking violations, and toll charges incurred during the rental period.

* Driving outside the UAE is strictly prohibited.

 

3) Payment & Cancellation Policy

Payment Terms

* Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other approved methods.

* Full payment is required for confirmation, unless otherwise specified.

 

Cancellation & Refunds:

 

Villa Bookings:

* Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in: Full refund minus processing fees.

* Cancellations made 15-30 days before check-in: 50% refund.

* Cancellations within 14 days of check-in: No refund.

 

Car Rentals:

* Cancellations made more than 7 days before rental start: Full refund minus processing fees.

* Cancellations made 3-7 days before rental start: 50% refund.

* Cancellations within 48 hours of rental start: No refund.

 

4) Privacy & Confidentiality

* All guest information is handled with the utmost confidentiality and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

* We will not share personal data with third parties without prior consent, except where required by law.

 

5) Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

* While we strive to ensure the accuracy of all property and vehicle descriptions, images, and amenities, variations may occur, and we are not liable for minor discrepancies.

* Dxbbookings is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during your stay or rental period.

* Guests and renters are responsible for their own safety, including adherence to traffic laws, villa safety guidelines, and local regulations.
